Build and manage a product and service portfolio to generate market

growth by identifying, researching, and pursuing potential new

businesses and developing and closing the opportunity pipeline. Build a

comprehensive marketing strategy that drives & enables profitable

growth. Lead implementation of marketing plan for assigned segments.

Work collaboratively with product management to efficiently align

products, services, assets and working capital with targeted markets to

maximize EVA growth.

-Know and Drive the Business: Drive top to bottom line segment growth.

Identify and manage opportunity pipeline by key end-user and

converters. Create strategy by end-user, product and customer. Analyze

segment product & customer profitability. Monitor and report monthly

segment financial performance. Track key trends, sizing, competitors,

etc.

-Provide leadership to Food & Beverage team, while building strong

cross organizational relationships between FRNA and key end users.

-Develop and implement education strategy, with accompanying tools, for

the sales force, customer service and end-users.

-Identify and manage critical alliances with third parties.

-Provide senior marketing leadership during strategic and annual

operating plan, etc.

-Bachelor's degree

-Master's degree (preferred)

-7-10+ years of relevant work experience, including 4-6 years of

marketing leadership or consulting experience

-25-50% travel
